5. Review the energy management system

(Make an energy plan: Step 5 of 5)

Review your energy efficiency programme to assess how effectively the plan is achieving your aims to improve energy efficiency.

You will need to review the plan on an annual basis. This is the opportunity to assess whether your original aims have been achieved through the actions that you identified.

Now you can work out how much energy has been saved and what are the associated cost reductions are.

You should also identify whether there are any delays or barriers to implementing certain actions. Also identify how these can be overcome.

Forward-plan new activities on an annual basis also.
